Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, your payment will be retained on letshead.to as credit. You can purchase any other package on letshead.to Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support at the numbers in the contact page on the site. Your packages and credit are non transferable. The person who bought the package, or the person who the package is explicitly gifted to are the only ones who can redeem the package in the establishment. Once your package is claimed by you, it will be marked expired. This process is irreversible and final. No cancellation will be entertained beyond this point.
